MVM — Mobile Vita Money — Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions (/terms-and-conditions). Using MVM means agreeing to it.

1. You must not

  • Use MVM for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful, or to promote scams, pyramid/"get-rich-quick" schemes, fake income claims, money laundering, or any activity that exploits or endangers others.
  • Post false, misleading, offensive, hateful, harassing, or infringing content on the Opportunity Bridge or in success stories; impersonate anyone; or post another person's contact/personal details without their permission.
  • Use MVM (or the Opportunity Bridge) to spam, harvest contacts, or send unsolicited marketing.
  • Misuse the AI features: no attempts to jailbreak the model, generate unlawful, harmful or abusive content, or input other people's private/sensitive data.
  • Abuse credits or free allowances — e.g. creating multiple sessions/identities or using automation to obtain extra free credits.
  • Deliberately fabricate or falsify experiment, earnings or outcome data in MVM Advance — for example inventing orders, deposits, responses, revenue or other results — in order to manipulate MVM, its guidance, or any present or future intelligence it may produce.
  • Attempt to break, overload, disrupt, probe, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, bypass security, rate-limits or the admin controls, or access data that is not yours.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit MVM content or credits except as expressly allowed.

2. Dealing with other users safely

  • The Opportunity Bridge helps people connect, but we do not vet or guarantee any user, request or helper. Verify who you deal with, never send money you cannot afford to lose, and be cautious of anyone promising guaranteed income, funding or jobs. Report suspected scams to us.

3. Enforcement

  • We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate access, and where appropriate report activity to authorities, if we reasonably believe this Policy has been breached. We may also apply anti-abuse limits automatically.
