1. Our intellectual property

  • All content, design, branding, logos, text, the pathway guidance library, prompts, diagnostic logic, and software that make up MVM are owned by or licensed to R-RISING TECHNOLOGIES LTD and are protected by intellectual-property laws. "MVM", "Mobile Vita Money" and associated logos are our brand assets.
  • We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use MVM and its content for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use of the service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. What you may not do

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from MVM's content, guidance library, or software, or remove any proprietary notices, without our prior written permission.

3. Your content

  • You keep ownership of content you submit (e.g. Bridge listings, success stories). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, adapt for formatting, and use that content to operate and promote MVM. You confirm you have the rights to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. AI-generated output

  • Output produced by the MVM Guide/Agent is generated by a third-party AI model in response to your input. We make no ownership or exclusivity claim over your legitimate use of that output for your own purposes, but we do not warrant that AI output is original, accurate, or free of third-party rights — you are responsible for checking before you rely on or publish it.

5. Third-party rights & takedown

  • MVM may reference third-party programmes, names, or opportunities for informational purposes; these belong to their respective owners and reference does not imply endorsement or partnership.
  • If you believe content on MVM infringes your copyright or other rights, contact [email protected] with: your details, identification of the work and the infringing material (with a link), a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement that your notice is accurate. We will review and remove infringing material where appropriate.
