MVM — Mobile Vita Money — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 September 2026
Our promise: monetise intelligence, not privacy
We designed MVM to run on as little personal data as possible. You can use most of MVM without giving us your name or email — your activity is associated with a pseudonymous, randomly generated session identifier rather than with your real-world identity. Because that identifier can later be connected to an account or email if you choose to sign in, we describe this data as pseudonymous rather than fully anonymous. We do not sell your personal data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use ad networks or third-party analytics.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is R-RISING TECHNOLOGIES LTD, company number 17176393, England & Wales. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect
a. Information you give us
- Diagnostic & profile answers — your responses in the assessment (e.g. intent, situation, time available, goals, stage, and country/city if you type them) used to generate your Economic Opportunity Profile.
- Email address — only if you choose to sign in with an email code, ask us to email your profile, or subscribe to updates.
- Opportunity Bridge content — if you post a help request or helper profile: your chosen name (optional in places), location, services, and the contact handle you choose to share (WhatsApp/email). This content is public to other users.
- Voluntary submissions — income *brackets* (not exact amounts) and success stories (which may include an optional name/country).
- Messages to the AI — what you type to the MVM Guide and Opportunity Agent.
- Opportunity DNA answers — a few short questions in MVM Advance (such as how much you could safely put at risk to test an idea, how soon you need money, the strength of your local trust network, and how easily you can travel) used to match you to suitable opportunity families. These answers are held only in your device's memory during your session to produce your matches; we do not save them to our servers.
- Experiment records — if you choose to record how a test went in MVM Advance: the opportunity you tried, an outcome status, optional simple counts (such as how many people you asked, how many were interested, and any orders), earnings and cost *brackets* (not exact amounts), optional short free-text notes, and your Repeat/Modify/Pivot decision. These are linked to your session identifier so you can see your own private track record. Please share only what you are comfortable with, and do not include other people's personal details in the notes.
b. Information collected automatically
- Session identifier — a random id stored on your device to keep your experience and credits consistent. It does not by itself identify you.
- Product analytics — lightweight, first-party event data (which screens/actions you use). No fingerprinting, no cookies for analytics, no ad networks.
- Technical/abuse-prevention data — your IP address is used transiently to rate-limit requests and prevent abuse of free credits. We do not store IP addresses in our analytics records.
c. Payment information
- When you pay, Stripe collects and processes your card details. We receive only limited transaction data (Stripe identifiers, amount, currency, product, status, and the email associated with the purchase). We never receive or store your full card number.
We do not knowingly collect your date of birth or age. MVM does not intentionally request special-category data (such as data about your health, race, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life or sexual orientation, political opinions, trade-union membership, or genetic or biometric data) as part of its ordinary service. Please do not enter sensitive personal data — including health details, religious or political information, ID or passport numbers, biometric data, passwords, or other people's private data — into free-text fields, AI prompts, or public Opportunity Bridge content. If you nevertheless choose to submit such information voluntarily (for example by typing it into an AI message or a Bridge post), it may technically be processed by the systems that run MVM. We do not use it to build special-category profiles, and we would rather you did not share it at all.
3. How we use your data (and our legal bases under UK GDPR)
- To provide the service — generate your profile, run AI Guide/Agent, manage credits, operate the Bridge (*performance of a contract / to take steps at your request*).
- To take payment and manage subscriptions — via Stripe (*performance of a contract*).
- To keep MVM secure and prevent abuse — rate-limiting, fraud/abuse controls (*legitimate interests*).
- To improve MVM — privacy-light, first-party product analytics and AI cost analysis (*legitimate interests*).
- To send you service/transactional messages — e.g. login codes, security notices, payment confirmations, subscription notices and other important account/service messages. These are not promotional marketing and are sent as part of providing the service (*performance of a contract / legitimate interests*).
- To send optional promotional marketing ("opportunity updates") — only where you have given consent. We do not send promotional marketing simply because you created an account or made a purchase. Marketing is sent under sender identity "MVM, operated by R-RISING TECHNOLOGIES LTD" using [email protected]. You can withdraw consent or opt out at any time — by using an unsubscribe option where one is provided, or by emailing us at [email protected]. When you opt out we will stop sending you marketing promptly and keep a record so that you are not contacted again.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted processors to run MVM:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Our AI provider (Abacus.AI hosted model service) — to generate Guide/Agent responses. Your prompts are sent to this provider to produce a response.
- Our email delivery provider (Abacus.AI notification service) — to send login codes and profile/opportunity emails.
- Our hosting/database provider — to run the application and store data.
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with advertising networks. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK/EU-approved contractual clauses or adequacy decisions) as required by law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Account / profile data — retained while your account is active, and afterwards only for as long as reasonably required for legal, fraud-prevention, security or dispute purposes.
- Payment / transaction records (Stripe) — retained for the period reasonably required to meet UK tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal obligations.
- AI interaction data — retained only for as long as required to provide the service, handle disputes/abuse and improve reliability, subject to documented retention controls.
- MVM Advance experiment records — retained only for as long as they remain useful to your private learning loop (helping MVM guide your next step) and no longer than reasonably necessary for that purpose; we hold no more than the brackets, simple counts, short notes and decision you chose to record, and we delete these records on request.
- Authentication / login-token records — retained only for their functional and security lifecycle (login codes themselves expire in 15 minutes), plus an appropriate short security-retention period.
- Operational / security logs — retained only for a proportionate security and debugging period.
- Marketing subscribers — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.
7. Your rights
Under UK/EU data protection law you may request to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and receive a copy of certain data (portability). To exercise any right, contact [email protected]. These rights are honoured whether or not there is a self-service tool in the app; we operate a documented process through the contact email to handle your request.
8. Complaints about how we handle your data
- If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you can complain to us at [email protected]. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days, investigate it without undue delay, make appropriate enquiries and take appropriate action, keep you informed if the matter is continuing, and communicate the outcome to you without undue delay.
- You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk (or to your local data-protection authority), at any time.
9. Age (18+) and children
MVM is an 18+ service and is not intended for anyone under 18. You must be 18 or over to use MVM or make a purchase (see our Terms & Conditions at /terms-and-conditions). We do not knowingly collect data from, or provide the service to, under-18s. When you first enter the substantive MVM experience you will be asked to confirm that you are 18 or over; we do not collect your date of birth.
10. Cookies & storage
See the Cookie & Storage Technologies Policy (/cookie-policy).
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date shows the latest version.
