MVM — Mobile Vita Money — Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2 September 2026
1. Who we are
MVM ("Mobile Vita Money", "the platform", "we", "us", "our") is operated by R-RISING TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17176393. By accessing or using MVM at https://mvm.r-risingtechnologies.com (or any related domain we operate) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MVM.
2. What MVM is — and what it is not
- MVM is an educational and economic-guidance platform. It helps you explore realistic ways to earn money using your phone, generates a personal "Economic Opportunity Profile", offers AI-assisted coaching (the MVM Guide) and AI-assisted opportunity-lead generation (the Opportunity Agent), and connects people through the Opportunity Bridge.
- MVM is not a bank, lender, deposit-taker, money transmitter, payment institution, e-money issuer, investment adviser, financial adviser, stockbroker, employment agency or recruitment business. We do not provide regulated financial advice, investment advice, or personalised financial recommendations. Information from MVM is general and educational and should not be relied on as professional, legal, tax or financial advice.
- No guarantees. MVM does not guarantee that you will earn income, obtain funding or grants, find customers, make sales, get a job, or achieve any particular result. Any figures, brackets, examples or estimates shown are illustrative only. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances and factors outside our control.
3. Eligibility and age
- You must be 18 years of age or over to create or use an MVM account, make any purchase, or enter into these Terms. MVM is an 18+ service. It includes real paid credits, a paid subscription, AI-assisted economic guidance and earning/opportunity functionality, and is not intended for anyone under 18.
- When you first enter the substantive MVM experience you will be asked to confirm that you are 18 or over. We do not collect your date of birth.
- If we become aware that a user is under 18, we may suspend or close the account and stop providing the service to them.
- You confirm you are 18 or over, that the information you give us is accurate, and that you use MVM lawfully.
4. Accounts and access
- Much of MVM works without an account. You may complete the diagnostic, view your profile, browse pathways, use the free MVM Guide and the Opportunity Bridge without giving us your name or email — your activity is identified only by a random, pseudonymous session id stored on your device. This is not fully anonymous: if you later sign in with your email, that session activity can be connected to your account.
- You may optionally sign in with your email using a one-time code we send you (there is no password). You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. A signed-in identity mainly exists so your purchased credits and MVM Plus membership follow you across devices.
- We may suspend or restrict access to protect the platform, our users, or to comply with law (see clause 9, Acceptable Use).
5. Opportunity Credits, packs and MVM Plus
- Opportunity Credits are a platform-use entitlement only — an in-app unit used to run Opportunity Agent searches. They are not cash, not money, not e-money, not stored monetary value, and not a transferable currency. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash, are not transferable between users or accounts, and can only be used within MVM.
- Free credits: new sessions receive a limited free allowance (currently 10 credits). Free credits are provided at our discretion and may be subject to anti-abuse limits.
- Credit packs (one-time purchases) currently: Starter 25 credits – £2.99; Builder 75 credits – £6.99; Growth 250 credits – £19.99. Purchased pack credits do not expire.
- MVM Plus is a monthly subscription at £3.99/month that adds 20 credits for each successful monthly billing period. MVM Plus also gives you access to the MVM Guide without an Opportunity Credit charge, subject to reasonable technical, security and fair-use limits (it is not literally unlimited), together with any additional membership benefits we may choose to offer from time to time. Any such additional benefits are offered on an "as available" basis and may change; the core, guaranteed benefit of MVM Plus is the 20 monthly credits. It renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refund-and-cancellation-policy). Credits already added to your balance roll over and remain in your account — they do not expire or disappear merely because MVM Plus is later cancelled.
- Changes to the MVM Plus price. We may change the MVM Plus subscription price for future billing periods. Where we do, we will give you reasonable advance notice (by email and/or in-app, as required) before the new price takes effect, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies to you. If you do not cancel, the new price applies from the next billing period after the notice period. We will not increase the recurring price you already pay without first giving you notice and the chance to cancel.
- Credit costs vary by search type (standard searches cost 1 credit; business-lead searches 2 credits; deep-research reports 5 credits). We may change credit costs, pack contents and prices for future purchases; changes do not affect credits you have already bought.
- If an Opportunity Agent search fails for technical reasons, the credits reserved for it are automatically returned.
6. Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, you enter your card details directly on Stripe's secure checkout; MVM never receives or stores your full card details. Your use of Stripe checkout is also subject to Stripe's terms.
- Prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP, £). The displayed price is the total price currently charged by MVM, subject to any legally required taxes or future changes in tax status. R-RISING TECHNOLOGIES LTD is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged by us and no VAT registration number is shown. If our VAT status changes, prices and this wording will be updated accordingly.
- You authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable amount for one-time purchases, and for MVM Plus to charge the monthly fee on each renewal until you cancel.
7. Cancellation and refunds
- See the Refund & Cancellation Policy (/refund-and-cancellation-policy), which forms part of these Terms. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected.
8. AI features — important limitations
- The MVM Guide and Opportunity Agent use a third-party AI model. AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. The Opportunity Agent generates leads and starting points and does not browse the live web — you must independently verify names, deadlines, eligibility, amounts and links before you act, apply or spend money.
- Do not enter sensitive personal information, passwords, or another person's private data into AI chats. Do not rely on AI output as professional advice.
- You are responsible for how you use any AI output and for complying with the terms of any third-party programme, grant, platform or opportunity you pursue.
9. Acceptable use
Your use of MVM is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy (/acceptable-use-policy). In short: no illegal, fraudulent, abusive, scam, spam, or harmful activity; no misuse of the Opportunity Bridge; no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the platform.
10. Opportunity Bridge and user content
- The Opportunity Bridge lets users post help requests and helper profiles that include the contact details they choose to share (e.g. WhatsApp or email). Anything you post is visible to other users. Do not post information you are not willing to make public.
- You are solely responsible for content you submit and for any dealings, agreements or payments you arrange with other users. MVM does not vet, employ, endorse or guarantee any user, helper, request, or the outcome of any connection, and is not a party to any arrangement between users. Deal safely and verify who you are dealing with.
- By submitting content (including success stories) you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use it to operate and promote MVM. Success stories are shown only after review/approval. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
11. Intellectual property
See the Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy (/copyright-and-intellectual-property-policy). MVM's content, branding, pathway guidance, and software are owned by or licensed to R-RISING TECHNOLOGIES LTD.
12. Third-party services and links
MVM relies on third-party services (including Stripe for payments, an AI provider for the Guide/Agent, and an email delivery service). MVM may reference or link to external opportunities, programmes and websites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, decisions, or terms.
13. Disclaimers
- We provide MVM with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee that MVM will always be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that AI output or other information will always be accurate, complete or up to date — so you should independently verify anything important before you rely on or act on it.
- If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights that digital content and services be as described and supplied with reasonable care and skill. Where those rights apply, they take precedence over anything in this section.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England & Wales (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
14. Liability
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited. Those rights remain fully unaffected.
- If you are a consumer: we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill — including where we fail to provide the digital content or services as described or to the standard the law requires. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable (loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach, or was contemplated by you and us when you started using MVM), or that is not caused by our breach.
- No outcome guarantee. MVM is an educational and guidance service. We do not guarantee that you will earn income, obtain funding, grants or a job, find customers or achieve any particular result, and we are not responsible for the decisions of third parties (such as funders, employers, platforms, or other users), which are outside our control. This does not affect your statutory rights, or our responsibility (described above) for providing MVM itself with reasonable care and skill.
- Business users. If you use MVM for the purposes of a business, different and more limited terms apply, and our liability to business users is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this business-user provision affects the consumer rights described above.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where necessary to protect users or comply with law. You may stop using MVM at any time and may cancel MVM Plus as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy (/refund-and-cancellation-policy).
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the latest version. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email where appropriate. Continuing to use MVM after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of, or override, any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence — those protections continue to apply and are not excluded by these Terms.
